It is powerful and lightweight! Especially for a vacuum cleaner of this kind, I didn't expect it to be so powerful, so I am very satisfied.

Quite a good vacuum cleaner, it has been very convenient for us (we also have two cats). If you don't have time for a thorough cleaning, a quick pass makes the house feel much cleaner. For a 45-square-meter house, it does about 2 cleanings on the medium setting (barely 3, you might not finish). The medium setting cleans satisfactorily. We rarely use our old vacuum with the cord anymore. It also performs well on carpets. I think it should have a slightly better battery. Overall though, we are satisfied.

Very poor quality plastic parts that break with simple household use and there don't seem to be any spare parts available on the market for replacement. After one year, the handle broke (it's made of poor quality plastic) and since we can't find a replacement part on the market and the warranty doesn't cover this, we are forced to use it with makeshift repairs and a lot of hassle... After 1.5 years, the battery developed a problem (probably) because even though it is fully charged and the dustbin is clean, while it is working it suddenly stops and after a few seconds it starts up again on its own! And this now happens all the time... The store where we bought it advised us to send a message to Samsung directly and we are waiting for an update.

After 2.5 years of usage, the brush broken. The replacement costs almost the half of price of a new vacuum cleaner, so it doesn't make sense to buy it. There are other heads in the package, but they're of no use.
Also, the construction of the charging stand is disastrous. I'm surprised about how they managed to design something that can't just stand still without falling down. Yes, I'm aware the charger is supposed to be attached to a wall. Well, I'm not going to make holes in my wall just to charge a vacuum cleaner, so it's not the case. So the design only works normally for a very specific use case, which seems a weird decision to me.
Because of the broken brush, I'd say this vacuum cleaner is dissapointment and not worth the money.

Very good for its price, it does the job satisfactorily. The battery on the medium-high setting (you can adjust it depending on what you need in each part of the house) is enough for a house of about 50sqm. However, the quality of its plastics may seem good but it is not; I touched it on a piece of furniture and as it fell sideways, the base that connects the tube to the head broke, so it was damaged. With care in placement and by choosing the appropriate setting during use, you will find it very satisfactory.

I have had it for a month and so far for its price it is very good. It easily vacuums an 80 sqm house. It is also very powerful on carpets without needing to use the highest setting.

For a 120sqm house, the battery is sufficient. However, its plastics seem to be of low quality, as does the front brush, and I am afraid they will not last very long.

Big failure! The battery lasts very little! After a few uses, it started to stop, as if it wasn't making good contact with the battery. Stop-start! It didn't suck perfectly, as it would immediately "clog". It is also quite heavy! We were forced to buy another vacuum cleaner before even a year passed. It was a hassle to clean with this one! It definitely wasn't worth the money!

The vacuum cleaner on the third setting sucks perfectly but lasts about 8 minutes. So for a 74 square meter house like mine, it is not enough at all with one charge.
After a year it developed a defect. On the medium setting, it would cut out while I was using it and then stop by itself. Of course, since it was under warranty, I contacted the company. The result: They have had my vacuum cleaner for 1.5 months and keep telling me they are waiting for a part.....
I have been without a vacuum cleaner for 1.5 months....
I have received no updates from their side.
Only I call and ask and the answer is always the same....

The vacuum is awesome. With a child and a dog, I use it twice a day and it does a much better job than the big classic vacuum... it's amazing!!!

The best thing I have ever bought. I have had it for almost a year and I have nothing negative to say. I use it on the medium setting and clean a 150 square meter house. I make sure it is fully charged at first and ensure uninterrupted cleaning. Since I have a pet, I am impressed by how perfectly it cleans hair. Of course, you can't vacuum glass, but that requires a different process anyway. I make sure to keep it clean in order to maintain my product in good condition. I bought it for 250 euros and today I find the price a super bargain. The best purchase I have ever made. Totally worth it!!!

Very nice vacuum cleaner!! I have pets and I vacuum twice a day, the battery runs out on the 2nd consecutive use. I use it on the medium setting in a 120sqm house. The spare parts and the filter are super easy to wash. Super 10/10

Very good. I've had it for about a month now. The battery lasts for cleaning the whole house (120 sq. m.) on the medium setting, and about 5 minutes on the high setting, which is okay for me because I only use it in a few spots in the house.

For someone living in a relatively small house, it's the best!! Easy to use and lightweight. Strong enough for floors and carpets. Cleans very easily and also takes up no space at all. If someone has a larger house, the charge may not be enough to do everything in detail and may require recharging.

I read very good reviews and got it. Very very mediocre for its price; I got it for 198 (come on) with 100 more I could have gotten a Dyson. The attachments are completely fake, especially the one that supposedly is for high corners. You think it will stay in your hand. The plastic chamber that collects the dirt is also fake. The duration is tragic, yes, eight minutes on full power and then you have to wait for the battery to recharge to continue. It doesn't suck crazily on the tiles as I had read. The only thing it is worth is on the carpet and the sofas since I have a dog and it sucks up the hair. I do not recommend it unless you find it at half the price. I would give at most 120. The standard package includes a soft brush that does nothing and the one for corners, everything else is extra.

Very good purchase! I have a pet and it's the first time I have such a clean sofa and carpet. The battery lasts well in the medium setting and does a great job for a 55 square meter home.

Powerful beyond belief... I didn't expect it... I was using a regular vacuum every other day with 2 small kids and a shedding dog, and specifically because the kids play, I put more emphasis on cleanliness... It's unbelievable... Just when I thought it was clean, it pulled out a ball of hair from our dog while we vacuum every other day... It really pulls everything!

Really happy with this purchase. It is for light, every day, use (rather than more occasional, heavy cleans). It's so convenient, just hang it up on its charger and it's ready whenever you need it. Full power lasts about 30 minutes, the lower power we've never managed to run the battery down on yet, so I couldn't tell you how long that lasts. Light to use, excellent manoeuvrability around furniture, easy to empty and to clean the filter. Excellent value for money.

Attention, it comes with two descriptions. One turbo and one not. They are exactly the same. Very flexible and lightweight. The downside is that the battery lasts very little, around 5 minutes in turbo mode (which only drains there). It is very good for everyday use

Very good vacuum cleaner and very powerful. Its battery lasts almost 20 minutes at full power. What impressed me the most is that when I do the carpets, even though they look clean, it picks up an incredible amount of dust from them, and the bin empties easily and is also easy to wash.
