I have had it for 2 weeks now (1.60 width), so I cannot comment on its long-term performance. The mattress is good for its price, just above 200 euros, and the type (Bonell) is very good. I wanted to avoid the Pocket Bonell type that I was not satisfied with and I was specifically looking for Bonell.
1. The mattress is described as semi-firm, which is accurate. It is neither too hard nor too soft, providing enough support. It satisfies both me, who is quite heavy, and my wife, who is lighter.
2. The thickness and quality of the padding above the springs are relatively satisfactory. You can feel them, but not to the extent that they bother you. I have slept on mattresses with a better feel (and more expensive), but it is definitely above cheap mattresses.
3. The overall quality feel is above average.
4. Personally, I combined it with a mattress topper from the same company: ACHAIA STROM Top Silver Mattress Topper, to have the option to remove it and it greatly improves the sleeping experience.
In terms of support around the edges, I don't think it provides as good support. I don't know if it's a general problem with all mattresses though.
Considering the cost, I am more than satisfied.
