TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF COPPER WATER TANK

• Water tank: Made of Cu copper specially formed into 2 cups joined together with a single welding seam.
• Jacket: Made of pure copper according to international copper standards.
• Cold water inlet and hot water outlet: Copper pipes with a diameter of Ø 21 X 2.2 and ½'' threading.
• Closed circuit safety valve fitting: ½'' copper pipe.
• Insulation: High-density expanded polyurethane (44 kg/m3) with a thickness of 60 mm.
• Thermal conductivity of insulation: 0.0180 W/mK.
• External casing: Available in four types depending on your needs (grey - inox - white - tile red).
• Side caps: Specially designed and formed press-fit caps without auxiliary retention from rivets.
• Electric resistance: Power according to the regulations of the destination country with a single-pole control thermostat and bipolar protection.

• Copper & aluminum are the materials used, i.e., non-corrosive materials that ensure a lifespan of many decades.
• Frame made of high-aesthetic aluminum profile, with external corner connectors that ensure excellent fitting & sealing of the frame parts & high rigidity of the entire construction.
• Selective surface absorber made of 0.5 mm thick aluminum sheets with a special titanium oxide coating.
• The solar radiation absorption surface is in perfect contact with the copper hydroskeleton, welded with automatic LASER machines for immediate heat transfer to the thermal fluid.

The prices for the solar systems are with an external casing of the tank made of pre-coated grey aluzinc. If the external casing is made of inox, the prices increase by €140. System color tile red increases by €80. Solar systems for tiled roofs increase by €50.
