This mattress is simply unacceptable and it causes us back pain during sleep after the first 6 months of use. As for the after-sales service, I can only say that it was completely inadequate. There was no effort to serve or understand our problem. On the contrary, they tried to blame our wrong choice, without even examining the mattress we have in our possession. I am sorry that I have to express my negative opinion about this product, but I have to agree with the other reviews. This mattress is simply unacceptable and it causes us back pain during sleep after the first 6 months of use. It should be noted that my partner is a dance teacher with 15 years of experience in the field, in case you are wondering if the problems mentioned by many come from their bodies or indeed from the mattress.
As for the after-sales service, I can only say that it was completely inadequate. There was no effort to serve or understand our problem. On the contrary, they tried to blame our wrong choice, without even examining the mattress we have in our possession. They told us that all their mattresses are perfectly made and that there can't be such a problem. This was simply infuriating and I understand that there is no willingness to resolve our issue.
Λυπάμαι που πρέπει να εκφράσω την αρνητική μου γνώμη για το προϊόν αυτό, αλλά πρέπει να συμφωνήσω με τις υπόλοιπες κριτικές. Το στρώμα αυτό είναι απλά απαράδεκτο και μας προκαλεί πόνους στην πλάτη κατά τη διάρκεια του ύπνου μετά από τους πρώτους 6 μήνες χρήσης. Να σημειωθεί ότι η σύντροφός μου είναι δασκάλα χορού με 15 χρόνια εμπειρίας στον χώρο, σε περίπτωση που αναρωτιέστε αν τα προβλήματα που αναφέρονται από πολλούς προέρχονται από το σώμα τους ή πράγματι από το στρώμα.
Όσον αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση μετά την πώληση, μπορώ παρά να πω ότι ήταν εντελώς ανεπαρκής. Δεν υπήρξε καμία προσπάθεια να εξυπηρετήσουν ή να κατανοήσουν το πρόβλημά μας. Αντιθέτως, προσπάθησαν να επιρρίψουν την ευθύνη στη λανθασμένη μας επιλογή, χωρίς καν να εξετάσουν το στρώμα που έχουμε στην κατοχή μας. Μας ανέφεραν ότι όλα τα στρώματά τους είναι τέλεια κατασκευασμένα και ότι δεν μπορεί να υπάρξει τέτοιο πρόβλημα. Αυτό ήταν απλά εξοργιστικό και αντιλαμβάνομαι ότι δεν υπάρχει διάθεση να λυθεί το ζήτημά μας.
Unacceptable mattress, unacceptable company, unacceptable CUSTOMER SERVICE! Give something more and choose another mattress company! We bought it for our children, but besides the fact that it arrived after 2-3 months, besides the fact that it came in the wrong dimensions, the icing on the cake was that its firmness had nothing to do with the showroom mattress, the only two mattresses we received were hard! Customer service told us that according to their warranty, it takes time for it to take the shape of the body (whatever that means) and so much time has passed and it's like a rock! They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes as a company and take their mattresses back! My husband and I, whenever we sleep on it, our backs hurt and we both have serious issues, not to mention that we wake up feeling trapped. It's a shame we didn't choose to get mattresses from the same company for our children. Literally wasted money and an unacceptable company! Every time I sleep on it, I want to set it on fire and burn it! And from what I see in the reviews, the double ones are soft mattresses and the only ones that are hard, it's a mess! Just stay away!
Απαράδεκτο στρώμα, απαράδεκτη εταιρία, απαράδεκτη ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ ΠΕΛΑΤΩΝ! Δώστε τιποτα παραπάνω & διαλέξτε αλλη εταιρία στρωμάτων! Το πηραμε για τα παιδια μας, πλην οτι ηρθε μετα απο 2-3 μηνες, πλην οτι ηρθε σε λαθος διαστασεις, το κερασάκι στην τούρτα ηταν οτι η σκληρότητα του δεν ειχε καμια σχεση με το εκθεσιακό στρωμα, τα δυο μόνα στρωματα που μας ηρθαν ηταν σκληρά! Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μας εδωσε ως απάντηση οτι στην εγγύηση τους αναφέρουν οτι πέρνει καιρο να παρει το σχήμα του σώματος (οτι να ‘ναι) τόσος καιρος περασε κ ειναι σαν κούτσουρο! Επουδενί να αναγνωρίσουν τα λαθη τους ως εταιρία και να παρουν πισω τα στρωματα τους! Εγω παντως κ ο σύζυγος μου οποτε κοιμόμαστε εκει η μεση μας μας πονάει & εχουμε & οι δυο σοβαρό πρόβλημα, πλην οτι ξυπνάμε πιασμένοι. Κακώς που δεν επιλέξαμε να πάρουμε στα παιδια μας στρωματα ίδιας εταιρείας με το δικο μας. Πεταμένα λεφτά στην κυριολεξία & απαράδεκτη εταιρία! Οποτε κοιμάμαι θελω να το βαλω φωτιά να το κάψω! & Απο οτι βλεπω & στις αξιολογήσεις, τα διπλα ειναι μαλακα στρωματα & τα μόνα σκληρα, οτι να ‘ναι! ! ! Απλα μακρια !
Very soft, sinks and forms potholes, and needs constant rotation to somewhat regain its shape. No resemblance to the original form restoration. So, the conclusion is material inaccuracy and a poor choice, stay away
