In 1878, Thanasis Gatsios returns to his historic village, Syrrako, and establishes the first distillery in the Epirus region. There, the recipes of Constantinople, passion, and craftsmanship "blend" harmoniously, creating top-quality ouzo, tsipouro, brandy, and liqueurs of various flavors.
