"Flight of the Bumblebee" is an orchestral interlude written by Nikolai Rimsky Korsakov for his opera The Tale of Tsar Saltan, composed in 1899-1900. The composition aims to musically showcase the seemingly chaotic and rapidly changing pattern of a bee's flight. Although the piece is rather part of the aforementioned opera, it is now one of the most recognized classical works due to its frequent use in popular culture.
