The CA-41 model is ideal for large pieces or whole vegetables with a productivity of up to 650kg/hour. Made from cast stainless steel and aluminum, it offers high durability and is adapted for intensive use. It features a large vegetable tray of 286 cm², and the knife design ensures repeatable use.
The side outlet for the cut vegetables allows for placing the cutter on a narrow countertop. Speed of 365 rpm and easily removable cover. There is double protection against accidents, with automatic shutdown of the motor after removing the cover or lifting the pressure arm.
