This is a traditional Junmai Sake. Junmai in Japanese means "pure rice," as it is made only from rice, water, yeast, and koji, a fungus used to saccharify the rice. The result is a rice-rich flavor, with a full body and a slightly tart taste.

It is ideal for Asian cuisine, sushi, but also for cocktails. Served warm or at room temperature.
