I always wondered how it is possible that when you order grilled eggplant, it is served within a few minutes at restaurants. In the end, they serve this product or something similar. As it is, you just heat it up and with a little oil, vinegar, and parsley it becomes very tasty. It is worth every penny considering how much time it takes to grill, smoke, and peel an eggplant.

You make a very nice eggplant salad without the effort of roasting.
