  • I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I don't know if it has to do with the batches, but I bought mine 6-7 years ago and for the first two years the water heater was excellent. Today I opened it for anode replacement and cleaning because it was struggling lately, and now it works like new again. I used to heat it at 10 in the evening and in the morning before work there was still hot water for about 20-25 minutes.

I return to the review because initially I had "burned" the product. Indeed, initially it took an hour or more to heat up the water and it was not enough for even one person with alternating cold and hot intervals. Initially, I checked the thermostat. Everything was fine. Eventually, I discovered that the "great - plumber" "unbelievable" master had connected the inlet to the hot water and the outlet to the cold water, that is, the opposite, resulting in me waiting for all the water in the tank to turn into steam and to take a bath with alternating cold and hot intervals, etc. Finally, I got fed up and went up to the attic ready to uninstall it, crying over my money, when I discovered the wrong connection and changed it. Finally, I was saved within 10 minutes, the water is hot and you can take a crazy bath... plumbers are a joke...

Very low resistance and very limited thermostat. It takes exactly 1 hour to warm up and the water lasts for 11 minutes. Stay away...

This review is about the nominal capacity: 80 lt

I ordered the Ferroli Hydrotech and they sent me this one because they were out of stock. This water heater is not worth even a euro, despite speaking with the company and having the resistance and thermostat changed. It takes 1 hour to heat up and within two hours the water has frozen. Very poor construction

I have it for 4 days. Compared to my old water heater, it takes twice as long to heat the water...
Also, if we assume that you turn it on at 11:00 PM for 30 minutes and you want to take a shower at 8:00 AM in the morning, it has cooled down..
And we're talking about mild autumn temperature, not January. From my point of view, it's a no.
