Fitting instructions:

• Fill a pot with some water and let it boil.
• Remove the water from the heat source.
• Place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds.
• Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water.
• Cool the mouthguard under tap water for 1-2 seconds.
• Lick your lips before placing the mouthguard in your mouth.
• Align the mouthguard with the center line of the upper teeth.
• Place the guard around the upper teeth and press firmly.
• Bring the lower jaw forward and close your mouth while biting the guard firmly.
• Suck firmly and use your fingers to press the edges of the guard.
• Remove the guard and cool under tap water for 30 seconds.
• Test for a good, firm fit.
