This specific product has helped me a lot and I haven't woken up any night for the past 3 weeks from reflux. However, I believe that on its own it is only for light situations. The best thing is to consult a doctor if the symptoms persist or to be sure, because you may need additional medication or treatment or, as someone else wrote, specific foods that you should consume. I take it after the main meals and I don't drink/eat anything for about an hour. I also take one before bed.

    An hour after taking it, I vomited and had extreme diarrhea. I had pain from heartburn much worse than before I consumed it. My body reacted as if I drank half a liter of orange juice. This happened to me twice.
