The mandatory HP software is unacceptable, it constantly crashes and when it finally decides to work, it starts printing with much effort and a lot of frustration.
Genuine inks don't last for more than 10 prints, they run out as if you've done 100 prints.
It's not possible to put in a new ink cartridge, make 5 prints, turn it off, and after 10 days when you need to print again, it shows that the ink is already half empty... unbelievable!
Stay away if you are thinking of buying it because of the low price.

It's worth the money, if you consider that 2 genuine inks cost as much as the purchase price, you basically get it for free as they say. The build quality of HP is remarkable, a good buy for me, I recommend it.

Very bad choice. With the subscription close to 5.50 euros/month and after my factory ink ran out, they sent me black ink from HP. Since then, it stopped printing black. The support is very bad with a slow and complicated website, where you can't find a solution. I was not able to get a replacement under warranty or even have them send me another ink. Now the black ink appears full even though it doesn't print.

One year that I have been using it, I am satisfied for its price.
As other users have said before, it does not pull the paper and needs help by hand.
The operation is via mobile, which I do, and I did not encounter any particular problems.
If you subscribe to the service, there is a monthly cost and additionally it charges you for the inks when the level is low, it automatically sends a message.

Tragically bad software, constant problem with not taking the paper in and having to push it. Every now and then a reset is needed for it to print the pages correctly and not faded. Generally countless problems, spend a little more and get something better, it's not even suitable for simple occasional use as I wanted.

1 star because in use it is completely terrible. You have to be on top of it and push the papers for it to pull them in. And even then it doesn't always work.... In general, it takes a lot of effort to print.... Completely bad product. As for the inks and the printing cost, I won't comment at all, simply because the machine doesn't work properly.

Bad and slow software, the first time it only connects online, it confuses the ink station indicators and worst of all, it doesn't pull the pages correctly, I have to stand over it and push the pages one by one! And whatever it prints wrong/half, it counts as a printed page, resulting in me being charged extra for pages for nothing!

It constantly gets on my nerves as it doesn't "grab" the papers. I've had it for a while but from the 3rd-4th month it started having problems. Every now and then it disconnects for no reason. It's better to buy a printer from another reputable company that doesn't trick you with ink capsules and has the ink in liquid form as INK IS SUPPOSED TO BE. HP IS AN L COMPANY. Don't buy it, the product will annoy you 100%. The printer seems ok. The installation was a problem, I started the installation with the computer where I encountered a server crash and continued with the mobile without any change. From the very first moment I connected the printer, I couldn't print a single page correctly. Countless problems, mainly paper jams. The few pages that managed to print had ink stains all over them. HP's support from the official site seems to not even have an authorized service in Thessaloniki, only Athens. In short, wasted money (I literally threw it in device recycling).
