The battery was replaced for free under warranty. And for 15 euros with free shipping and pickup, you can send it to Samsung to have them change the screen protector, which requires a special tool to be applied correctly. In general, EXCELLENT service from Samsung and low cost. Obviously, it is NOT a low-cost phone and if you break the screen you will pay dearly for it.

Samsung checked it and asked for 430€ to replace the screen because it broke internally, concluding that it was defective internally. Unfortunately, I trusted the brand name Samsung. I was very happy when I got it and I took care of it like jewelry.

The photos are very good as well as the sound in music. The external screen is very user-friendly! Only for the battery, if I had to choose again, I would get the 4, otherwise the mobile is super!

Αν θέλεις να εχεις ξυπνητήρι χωρις να εχεις εκπομπή ακτινοβολίας, απλά βάλτο σε λειτουργία πτήσης και θα είναι σαν να το έχεις κλειστό και θα έχεις και ξυπνητήρι. Αν το έχεις με λειτουργία πτήσης δεν καταναλώνει καθόλου μπαταρία.

Γενικά ΆΡΙΣΤΗ εξυπηρέτηση από τη Samsung και low cost. Προφανώς ΔΕΝ είναι ένα low cost τηλέφωνο και εαν σπάσεις την οθόνη θα την πληρώσεις και με το παραπάνω..
Stay away from this phone. Within one year, it had a problem and the screen completely blacked out. Samsung checked it and asked for 430€ to replace the screen because it broke internally, concluding that it was defective internally. Unfortunately, I trusted the brand name Samsung. I was very happy when I got it and I took care of it like jewelry.

η ματαρια ( αψυχολογητη θα ελεγα , κοντα παντος σε ολα τα αρνιτηκα σχολια που θα διαβασετε )

Απιστευτα καλο και δυνατο το κινητο και σε καλη τιμη αυτον τον καιρο.. τραβαει προσοχη φυσικα και ειναι η χρηστικοτητα του που ξεχωριζει ...οποιος το θελει να εχει κατα νου οτι δεν υπαρχει κατι πιο γρηγορο και η οθονη ειναι οτι καλυτερο υπαρχει σε αναλυση αλλα θελει αρκετη προσοχη τα νυχια και γενικοτερα μπορει να γρατζουνιστει πανευκολα αρα λιγη προσοχη οσοι θελετε να το εχετε καιρο. Ο ηχος ειναι επισης παραπολυ καλος και γεινικοτερα οποιοδηποτε χαρακτηριστικο του ειναι τοπ στην αγορα....Επισης να σημειωθει πως ιδιαιτεροτητα του ειναι μοναδικη και η samsung ειναι η καλυτερη στα foldable phones.
Η πισω οθονη ειναι επισης βολικη και του δινει μια extra ιδιαιτεροτητα απο ολα τα υπολοιπα κινητα της αγορας...για οσους ενδιαφερονται επισης μικρο tip: υπαρχει app που δινει access στην πισω μικρη οθονη για να ανοιγεις ολα τα app και ξεκλειδωνει πολλα widgets λεγεται: CoverScreenOS και υπαρχει στο playstore δωρεαν....να το κατεβασετε οσοι θελετε το flip.....το μονο αρνητικο που βρηκα προσωπικα στο κινητο ειναι η μπαταρια που δυστυχως αμα κανεις συνεχη χρηση δεν θα κρατησει μια μερα...παρολα αυτα αν δεν χρησιμοποιειται το κινητο ολη μερα σαφως και θα κρατισει.. επισης υπαρχει γρηγορη φορτιση και αν μαθεις να δουλευεις και την πισω οθονη για notifications widgets κλπ θα εισαι μια χαρα...η μπαταρια ειναι πολυ καλη σε γενικα πλαισια απλα οχι τελεια...Και για οσους εχουν απορια το κινητο εχει απο μονο του τζαμακι το οποιο μην το βγαλετε σε καμια περιπτωση εκτος αν χρειαστει αλλαγη μεσα το κουτι εχει μονο καλωδιο αρα πρεπει να παρετε φορτιστη...25watt samsung με 10 ευρω usb-c οχι usb απλο και θα εισαι μια χαρα...και τελος μια θηκη θα ηταν ιδανικη υπαρχουν και πολυ ωραιες μαλιστα για το z flip σε καλες τιμες 10-15 ευρω ( για ασυρματη φορτιση να το βγαζεται καλυτερα απο την θηκη) ...στο δικο μου πηρα θηκη μετα απο 2 βδομαδες και ηταν λαθος γιατι παρατηρησα γρατζουνιες στο cover screen και στο πισω γυαλι και ειναι κριμα γιατι ειναι πανεμορφο το κινητο αρα προτεινω θηκη...Αυτα να το ευχαριστηθειτε :)
The mobile is super for its price. Everything is great EXCEPT for the battery, which lasts about 12 hours. The flip 4 has a noticeably better battery with just a €100 difference! The photos are very good as well as the sound in music. The external screen is very user-friendly! Only for the battery, if I had to choose again, I would get the 4, otherwise the mobile is super!

I have given it as a gift to my wife, and it was the best. This particular model is very beautiful and for someone who uses it for calls, photos, and browsing, it is superb. I bought it for 675€, and I can say that I couldn't find a better mobile phone for this price. Especially for a woman who wants it to fit in small bags.

It is one of the best phones I've had! Of course, for a kid like me, 14-15 years old, it's a bit heavy! You have to be very careful with it because it's very fragile! Really a very good phone. My wife, who is a lawyer, has it. The battery often runs out but it doesn't freeze. Of course, we use it with a case. Very good photos and camera. The battery was replaced for free under warranty.
