For example, if we want to switch from class F to B for a dishwasher with frequent weekly use, we save about €10 annually from electricity consumption. While the transition between consecutive classes is almost negligible in annual cost. 

It is worth noting that there is no correspondence between the old and the new energy efficiency scale. Based on the new A-G scale, very few products currently available on the market belong to class A.
