Very remarkable single-origin coffee, all the characteristics mentioned are easily distinguishable even in a freddo espresso.
Smooth body with high citrus acidity, notes of grapefruit, chocolate, and wine.

I would definitely choose it again

Coffee with intensity but a mediocre and indifferent taste. It doesn't stand out from the others. (I've tried almost all of them)

    Single origin? Probably yes!
Specialty? I wouldn't bet on it.

With honest equipment - SSP red + E61 - and several experiments later, I didn't catch any citrus acidity, nor grapefruit notes, nor any ninth harmony.

    I wasn't impressed, I wouldn't recommend it either.
It's difficult for €7.5 to get you a single origin varietal specialty.
It's not bad, I just don't think you'll find what it "promises".
Other than that, it is what it is, honest.

As a fan of coffee from Ethiopia, I really liked this one. It has the nice acidity of citrus fruits and leaves a mild sweet chocolate aftertaste that you also find in coffees from Costa Rica. The coffee is freshly roasted, with a very rich crema and flavors during extraction.

I bought this particular coffee for home use, owning a semi-professional LELIT Glenda machine. I can't say that it satisfied me, I have had much better coffees, but for its price it was decent, hence the 3/5 rating. It seemed very roasted and in no way did its aroma resemble Ethiopian coffee. Also, it didn't make a good crema at all.

Quite good espresso, average body, aromatic does not "burn" easily even with a fine grind. I would buy it again.

I have ordered twice from this store, good packaging that reseals, the coffee is roasted within the month of delivery, so it retains its aroma and produces a good crema. I think Ethiopia blends nicely in a cappuccino! I used a dose of 17 grams.
