      I don't know how you can evaluate a fire extinguisher without using it. I will just say that it is suitable for a house of about 80-90 sq.m. with a fireplace. Don't get the small one, because you will soon realize that it is not enough. Also, don't get a large fire extinguisher without a "nozzle" because you will find that you cannot handle the whole extinguisher by lifting it high to put out a fire, while holding the hose up and the extinguisher down is much easier.
