    Does not dissolve in water or in milk. I put it in the blender to mix it and even then when I drink it I feel pieces in dissolved in my mouth. And I did not see any effect

    It goes down easily and has a nice taste, but its solubility is unacceptable... it doesn't dissolve in water no matter how much you shake it in a shaker. I don't know if it has any results or how truly high-quality its ingredients are, but personally, in terms of solubility and consumption, I won't choose it again.
