Avoid this refrigerator. I bought it mainly because of the door that has the option to change direction, but I regret it because the refrigerator simply does not cool adequately in the preservation mode. Almost empty, and in the month of May without high ambient temperatures, I set the cooling adjustment to the maximum in preservation mode and still the beer is not cold enough to drink. It should be frozen water at a lower setting than the average of the gradations since the refrigerator is empty. This happens even in the cheapest refrigerators found in rentals! Overall, no matter how I adjust the preservation, I do not get the expected cooling. The service claims that you have to also adjust the freezing to high cooling in order for the preservation to work. This means for me a design flaw since there are separate controls for freezing/preservation and they should not depend on each other. Why do I end up with options that are not recommended to use? So, as a regular user, I can have the freezing empty and set it to the lowest cooling level, while having the preservation on maximum and being able to increase it as much as I want, or vice versa. At the service, they forbid me from doing that, as they suggested things that I had already done without any result, and additionally, even though the temperature was not satisfactory inside the preservation chamber, they told me that even if it is set to the maximum, it does not have the correct temperature, they will install a 24-hour recording device to see what? Since, in simple words, the refrigerator does not cool adequately in the preservation mode. It's a shame that once the name PITSOS meant trust... Today, it simply does not exist.
