Description

The model A7G from the company Hisense, has a screen size of 65". The minimum recommended viewing distance for this size is 2.5m and the maximum is 4.1m. This size is recommended for placement in large living rooms, or projection spaces.

The resolution of the TV is 4K Ultra HD. TVs with 4K Ultra HD resolution are aimed at consumers looking for higher image quality and viewing experience compared to TVs with lower resolutions, such as Full HD or HD Ready. The 4K Ultra HD resolution, which amounts to 3840 x 2160 pixels, offers very high image quality, focusing on detail. These TVs are suitable for watching movies, sports events, gaming, and other entertainment activities that require quality image.
Additionally, these TVs are suitable for use with computers and for modern games with high demands on resolution. They are usually aimed at consumers who want the best possible viewing experience and are ready to invest in a high-quality TV.

The panel of the TV is QLED.QLED (Quantum dot LED) panels are a display technology used in some televisions and offer several advantages, such as:

1. High brightness: QLED panels offer high brightness, allowing televisions to display bright images even in bright environments or rooms with many windows.

2. Wider color range: QLED panels offer a wider color range compared to other display technologies, providing more vibrant and accurate colors in images.

3. Superior contrast: QLED panels offer superior contrast in images, creating deeper blacks and brighter whites, providing a more dynamic and sensitive window.

4. Reduction of reflections: QLED panels are designed to reduce reflections from light on the screen, providing better visibility and enjoyment of images even in bright spaces.

5. Longer lifespan: QLED panels have a longer lifespan compared to OLED panels, as there is no risk of "burn-in" of static images on the screen. This means that QLED televisions can maintain their performance for a longer time.

6. Lower energy consumption: QLED televisions consume less energy than televisions with OLED panels, as the former use LED backlighting while the latter require individual lighting for each pixel.

Overall, QLED panels offer high brightness, wider color range, superior contrast, reduction of reflections, longer lifespan, and lower energy consumption compared to other display technologies, making them ideal for demanding users seeking the best possible image quality on their television.

Regarding HDR, it is equipped with HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, HLG. High Dynamic Range (HDR) and its various types generally improve the picture quality of televisions and other video playback devices. This is achieved by increasing the dynamic range of colors and brightness of images.
The advantages of HDR are more vivid and natural colors, deeper blacks and brighter whites, more details in the shadows and highlights of the image, and more accurate color reproduction. Additionally, filmmakers can leverage HDR to produce movies with more natural and realistic images.
Finally, devices with HDR support can play content that is encoded with HDR, offering a more impressive viewing experience for the user.

This model belongs to the broader family of Smart TVs. Smart TVs represent the evolution in television technology, as they incorporate Internet functions, allowing browsing of websites and the use of online applications (e.g., Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, etc.). They are, therefore, an example of technological convergence between computers and televisions. The latest Smart TVs have the capability of full Internet browsing, while older ones support access only to popular websites (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Twitter) through appropriate applications.

Featuring another important characteristic, that of VRR, this model will enhance the Gaming experience. Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology is used in televisions to improve the user's experience during game playback. With VRR technology, the television can adjust its refresh rate to the frame rate generated by the source, such as a gaming console, which improves image smoothness and reduces screen tearing during fast movements in games.
VRR technology helps players react accurately to the game environment and improves their performance. Additionally, VRR technology allows televisions to work better with sources that have different refresh rates, meaning televisions can work better with a wide variety of games and gaming devices.

The television has PVR capability. PVR on televisions refers to the function of a TV receiver with a built-in hard drive, allowing you to record TV programs and store them on the TV's hard drive.
This way, you can record your favorite programs and watch them when you want, instead of having to watch them live during their broadcast.

A feature that concerns professionals in the hospitality sector is the Hotel Mode available on the model. Specifically, with the Hotel Mode function, you can customize the TV settings such as limiting the maximum volume level or disabling certain functions, like USB or HDMI. You can also protect your settings with a password so that only authorized persons can change the settings.

Additionally, the Hotel Mode function can be used to advertise your business. You can display a customized welcome or advertising message on the screen during the TV startup or show an advertising video or image at a specific time of the day.
The Hotel Mode function can also be used to maintain the TV's condition and its settings. This means that if a user changes some of the TV's settings, these changes will not be saved, and the TV will revert to the default settings upon restart.

65". Excellent TV for the money you get qled. I had reservations because of the brand, but now that I've had it for a week, I am completely satisfied and haven't even connected it to my external sound system. I don't know about gaming, but for movies, it's amazing! The only negative is that it doesn't have chromecast, so for casting, you need to buy a Google chromecast or something similar.

Starting by saying that the TV is worth 100% of its money. From there on, we have and we say...

    Positives:
    • Very good picture
    • Very fast response
    • Good sound (not perfect)
    • Decent viewing angles
    • Very good color contrast and nice blacks (due to QLED)

    Negatives:
    • Although it has a very fast response, the menu has several app shortcomings (I bought a Chromecast and now it's better)
    • The sound is decent for movies, etc. But for music, it has shortcomings (I would recommend a soundbar)

Overall, the TV is infinitely value for money and I highly recommend it, with the addition of a TV BOX (I have the Chromecast with Google TV), you can greatly improve the experience.

The ultimate VFM._ Very good image, perfect sound, easy menu, fast software, voice commands, hybrid TV (although not mentioned in the features), Qled...

Perfect machine, 65-inch for 650 euros, with such features, it is a perfect purchase, worth it.
I have only had it for two days and so far I am excited that I dared to buy it, I highly recommend it!

Okay, the TV rocks. Initially very concerned about the brand, etc. I did a crazy search but in the end it made me look good. Perfect analysis, very nice colors, logical IPS PANEL and QLED, the software works perfectly. Very good build quality. Overall, if it was, for example, Samsung, Sony, Lg with what it has and with such quality, it would cost over 1000. Get it blindly. It's a gift

I bought it with reservation as until now I only had Samsung TVs. After a week of use, I am completely satisfied with the purchase in terms of picture, sound, menu, and speed. Having only Samsung 4K as a comparison, I believe it excels in most aspects and costs much less. I won't compare the picture, which is perfect as it is QLED, while the Samsung TVs I have are just 4K but with far better build quality (the Samsung ones look fake in front of it and their TV control), better sound, good speed, perfect voice commands (as it recognizes perfectly whatever my 5-year-old daughter says), and also importantly, it has 2.1 ports. It was purchased for 650€ and I am very satisfied (if I had bought it for 550€, which I read that some did, it would have been the absolute value for money)

I watched many reviews before buying it. Honestly, a more expensive LG can't compete with it. Amazing colors, perfect image, acceptable blacks, fast menu, fast smart menu, the vidaa works flawlessly, perfect application (android), the only downside is the sound but I have a soundbar. At the price of 550 with a refund... the only negative so far is the absence of cosmote tv. It has EON-nova

The first impressions after a week of use, always based on the purchased price (550 euros indirectly with refund), are excellent. I consider it a value for money product and its performance is comparable to much more expensive televisions. However, I have an objection regarding the power consumption. As an indication, I mention the following measurements:

    TV (digital channels): 70 W
    Netflix, YouTube, etc.: 120 W
    HDR content: 180 W
    Audio-only mode without image: 20 W
    Standby: 20 W (!)

In general, the manufacturer's given power consumption values are correct, but when it comes to standby mode, where various sites mention that it is <5 W, the difference is huge. I will contact the company and provide a more detailed review.

Overall, the TV is infinitely value for money and I highly recommend it, with the addition of a TV BOX (I have the Chromecast with Google TV), you can greatly improve the experience.

QLED HDMI 2.1 at this price is perfect.. now we'll see about reliability.. but for me, it's worth the risk!

  • You press the volume to go from 1 to 20, and it goes by itself up to 100!! One of my worst purchases..

  • I have it here for 6 months, you won't find the image quality at this price in TVs even for 1000€ in equivalent brands
