Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, as it has different resistance levels. It is also one of the least bulky fitness machines for home use and is ideal for small spaces and apartments.

Electromagnetic resistance

It is equipped with a 10 kg flywheel, ensuring smooth motion. The electronic system allows for easy adjustment of resistance across 16 different levels.

Adjustable height

The Zipro Rook allows for the adjustment of the seat height and the tilt of the handlebars according to the individual needs of the user. The handlebars feature movable grips that help find the perfect tilt, even for spinning workouts with your hands resting on the grips.

The vertical adjustment of the seat adapts the seat height to the user's height, and the horizontal adjustment will precisely set the appropriate distance from the handlebars. The Rook is a bike with a low seat, making it suitable for individuals who have suffered injuries or for the elderly.

Console

The Zipro Rook features 12 training programs designed to help you achieve your desired body. Equipped with an advanced computer that can operate wirelessly. You no longer need to leave your smartphone behind during your workout; you can take it with you and manage your training from your phone thanks to the Bluetooth connection.

The computer screen will display your training parameters and notify you of the active program. You will be able to monitor your exercise duration, distance covered, calories burned, and pulse. If you want to check your pulse, place your hands on the sensors located at the base of the handlebars.

iConsole + Training App

You will discover brand new training possibilities thanks to the iConsole + Training app. It will offer you access to many training programs that will make your athletic challenges more flexible. The ability to use virtual routes based on Google Maps is one of the many advantages of iConsole +. The computer is not just a set of data, but also a safe place for your smartphone, which you can securely place on the stand with rubber stabilization caps. You will also find a USB port for charging the battery.
