I have been using it for 1-1.5 years and I have not encountered any problems. I have traveled, gone over potholes, rough roads, etc., and it never came off and never dropped my phone in any case.
My phone is the iPhone 14 Pro Max, with a Spigen MagSafe case. You can't call it light. It never came off the base.
The only negative thing I can say is that if you go over a rough road or pothole you might hear a slight creak from the locking mechanism. Personally, it doesn't bother me.

It is worth noting that it has a ready-made USB-C that is not detachable, which makes it a bit difficult to manage. iPhone 15 Pro Max supports perfectly and with the wireless charging combined with spigen adapter everything is good! I recommend it.

Very good construction and aesthetically pleasing. I installed it on the car dashboard and it gave me the freedom not to obstruct the field of vision. The phone doesn't budge at all, neither in potholes nor in turns. However, you can take it off very easily.

Now that it's summer and very hot, on the first day I put it on, in the afternoon after work it had come off and I was disappointed. However, I reattached it more carefully and now it sits just fine.

Also, while driving, the phone shakes quite a bit but I don't know if it's the plastic dashboard of my car that isn't very sturdy or the mount.
