    The Amila 43966 bench is one of the best choices for the money. After a lot of searching, I ended up with this one and I can say that I couldn't be more satisfied.

    1. If you're not into assembly (like me), it will take you about 1.5 hours at a relaxed pace to set it up. The instructions are pretty good. You will need a wrench for the screws, which obviously is not included.
    2. The bench can withstand up to 250 kg (including the user), which is impressive for the price (145€). I weigh 75 kg and it has been tested with a 65 kg barbell. You don't feel anything, it's completely stable.
    3. The materials, both the metal and the fabric, are of very good quality and give you the feeling of a premium product.
