    It does not do what is described by the various stores in the characteristics of the adapter, specifically: "Input: HDMI Output: mini DisplayPort Length: about 20 cm Support 3D, etc..." It is NOT an HDMI INPUT, it works in reverse, like all adapters of this type and price range. That is, it is a Mini Display Port INPUT and OUTPUT to HDMI. Before buying it, I asked insistently and was assured that it does exactly what the description says, but it doesn't. Eventually, I found out that HDMI Input and Mini Display Port Output adapters are much more expensive, around €40 (Ugreen), and not €8 or €10 like the cheaper ones. Additionally, the more expensive ones convert the signal unidirectionally, not bidirectionally like the pricier ones.
