The essential oil of pine is derived from steam distillation of the leaves and needles of the tree and is almost colorless to slightly yellow, with a strong, dry, balsamic scent. Pine essential oil stimulates the senses and rejuvenates. Since ancient times, the therapeutic properties of pine, this miraculous tree, have been known.

Usage:

• For body massage: Add 6 drops to 2 teaspoons of avocado oil or almond oil, or 20-25 drops to 50ml of avocado oil or almond oil.
• For a relaxing bath: Add 4-8 drops to milk or honey and mix it with the water. Relax for 10-15 minutes in the scented water.
• For space fragrance: Add a few drops to an essential oil burner, adding water on the surface and a tea light candle in the base.
• For compresses: Add 3-6 drops to 100ml of warm or cold water depending on the case. Shake the water with the oil and quickly soak a piece of sterile gauze. Squeeze and apply it to the area that needs treatment.
• Also used as an air cleaner by diffusion in the space. You can also use it for foot baths.
• Combination suggestions: Pine essential oil can be combined with eucalyptus, lavender, and rosemary essential oils. For body use, use almond oil or avocado oil as a base.
