ανά 8 Ώρο. όχι όλα μαζί. τουλάχιστον 6 μήνες σύμφωνα με οδηγία γιατρού.αρκουν και δυο χάπια ένα πρωί ένα βράδυ αν θες πιο συντηρητικα
