Μπορείς να το κόβεις στην μέση και να το παίρνεις. Και διαλύοντας το δεν θα έχεις σωστά αποτελέσματα γιατί το χάπι δεν θα φτάνει ολόκληρο στο στομάχι όπου θα κάνει τι σωστή καύση του λίπους
