2 months with 2 pills a day increased hematocrit by 1 unit and ferritin by 3. Hemoglobin stayed the same. No gastrointestinal discomfort but I don't know how good these values are for such use with 2 pills/day

I have iron deficiency anemia (iron 22 & ferritin 5 and hematocrit 31) and I saw significant improvement in my blood tests after 3 months. It does not cause constipation as I have a chronic problem with it and I suffered with everything else I had tried. Absolutely no side effects. After a surgery, my hematocrit had dropped significantly. My doctor prescribed me a medication full of parabens and with the side effect of constipation. I immediately replaced him with this one. After 4 months of use, the hematocrit dropped to 37.3 from 39 (with normal values ​​of 40-52). I did not change my diet or my daily activities in order to compare it with other supplements I was taking before this. In the end, it is not worth it.
