Dermatitis on the hands, neck, even face, it does absolutely nothing for me, same flare-up, same itching
And the packaging is extremely expensive for no reason

I used it last year for my eczema in combination with Bepanthen eczema. It does a very good job but it smells awful (like cheese) and that is a very important reason for me not to buy it again.

I used to use the ds kerium and had very good results with seborrheic dermatitis. However, after neglecting it for a few months and experiencing a major flare-up, the ds kerium didn't work and instead I felt a burning sensation in the red areas and the redness increased. After some time, I ordered this cream and saw results after the first application! It moisturized and refreshed my skin, making it very smooth. I applied it twice in 2 hours and my skin absorbed the cream. Therefore, it needed it. Perhaps the kerium ds is meant for maintenance and not for flare-ups, as it says "thermal" on it, maybe that's why it burned me. Another thing that helps is the ducray facial shampoo that I use for seborrheic dermatitis, which I apply before this cream. I use the ducray cleansing gel and then apply it as many times as I want from this cream while I'm at home and have time (it doesn't do any harm, quite the opposite). I also apply it behind my ears, where I have noticed seborrheic dermatitis.

Incredibly moisturizing-softening-miraculous cream! Finally, a cream that lives up to what it says. With 3 kids and constantly in the kitchen, my hands were in pieces! After using it 3-4 times, they became incredibly soft and stayed hydrated for hours until I needed to apply it again. It absorbs very quickly and leaves a wonderful feeling on the hands. As for the scent, it's okay, it doesn't smell amazing but like a regular cream. Give it a try, it does the job. The packaging is very convenient, you just press and it's done, you don't have to get it dirty with greasy hands to close it.
