    The worst thing you can get. I followed the instructions EXACTLY and the mouthguard became simply useless. It didn't even take the shape of my teeth. I tried it again two more times but still nothing. A big disappointment as it is a well-known brand, but apparently it's the worst when it comes to mouthguards. STAY AWAY
