Awesome machine. You put the espresso for freddo with 2 ice cubes inside and in 5 seconds at double speed it has whipped everything and the crema from the coffee is extreme. Great investment, hopefully it will last for years.

It is a professional category, not cheap plastic or like the other fake ones that end up breaking immediately. I only tried it with coffee, not with milk froth yet, but it has two speeds and the lower one is very powerful, I don't think it will have any issues. It is NOT a mixer guys, it's for coffee! So no one thinks they can use it for something else. Its construction is like a Ferrari compared to regular little mixers...

Whoever wants to give a little more for a frappe machine that will never break down!!! Since 2017, I make 3-4 freddo espressos every day; I have it for home use, and it's just like the first day I got it... back then, if I remember correctly, it was 130 euros from a local store. I have no opinion on frothing milk because I haven't had the chance to try it, but I'm sure it will work because it has a very powerful motor. If it ever breaks down, I would buy the same one again!!!

What is great about it is the after-sales service.
Every time I needed something, the company's people were there. They are simply the definition of professionalism in after-sales support.
I have never experienced such professional service before.
I would never change frappe maker for this reason alone

Amazing machine of another level from the small ones. With a touch of water, it makes super foam. With the frother, it works wonders with the right milk while making awesome milkshakes. Overall, it has a sturdy construction, weighing around 3 kilos, and doesn't move at all on the kitchen counter. The motor is very powerful and the length is just right, reaching down to frappe glasses. Overall, it's like an investment. I hope it proves reliable for home use, as I bought it for professional use. So far, I am very satisfied. Also, you should know that the mixer can be removed for cleaning, although I haven't needed to do that yet.
