The famous Tarzan was created in 1912 by American author Edgar Rice Burroughs [1875-1950]. He is one of the most recognizable heroes of all time. It is the story of a British nobleman's child who shipwrecked on the shores of Africa in 1888. Tarzan was born in September 1889 and after the death of his parents, he was adopted by the female gorilla Kala, who named him "Tarzan" and raised him with the parents of the Mangani tribe. When he grew up, he became the undisputed king of the jungle. Tarzan #2 was released on August 13, 2017 as an insert with the "Sunday Free Press". It contains the story "The Return of Tarzan" and a two-page tribute to the king of the jungle!
