    The stove is perfect, I have had it for a year and it works flawlessly as long as you know how to open the door slowly to let air in first so that smoke doesn't come out inside the house. I learned this from the company when I had a technician come to tell me what to do and how to add extra wood without the fire going out completely. It is very good and in terms of duration, I believe this stove will last for many years. Thank you

    The same thing with Gala... It fills everywhere with smoke... It doesn't draw even though I have opened the bottom hole beyond the vents... My horizontal ones are tilted downwards because when I had them tilted upwards, it would create condensation... I changed caps (from H to Chinese)... The H one was better than all... My woods are olive (dry)... I can't understand why I have smoke. And I open the door a little (sometimes it works, meaning it gives a boost to the fire...). As soon as I close it again, the intensity decreases and I have to keep it slightly open all the time... Generally, when you go to put wood, smoke comes out and the whole house smells like a dog, so I open the door and windows for a while... Disgusting company that manufactures them. Waste of money for a stove..
