I needed a power supply to provide power to old 1980s Apple computers that accepted 110V. It did its job perfectly. Particularly sturdy construction. The only improvement it could have is if you could somehow lock the voltage selection handle, so it doesn't turn to another position and burn out the device you have connected if it accepts less power. So caution is needed here. My suggestion is to set it to the voltage you want and, as a precaution, leave it somewhere off to the side and not next to the device you have connected.
