I have had the laptop since early February (three months) and I have mixed feelings, initially about the hardware.
Its chassis is sturdy and nice to touch, the screen, although 1920x1080, is a very good IPS screen, the touchpad has not caused me any problems and it is accurate and has a nice feel. However, the keyboard is not good, neither in terms of quality nor feel. It has caused me issues such as uneven brightness (the keys in the center are less illuminated than the rest) and the bottom arrow key came off its position, I put it back but it still has issues with responsiveness. Additionally, as I found out later, the RAM and SSD are of Chinese origin and are second quality, from a company that only sells wholesale and you cannot buy their products (I can't remember the name now). Also, the network card is Mediatech, which is not the best. For the record, I added a Samsung SSD 500GB Plus as a boot drive and an Intel network card.
Now, regarding the software... The laptop, during the first month I had it, shut down by itself 4 times. I noticed it happened mainly when I was watching videos and after days and days of searching, I solved it by uninstalling the video drivers and doing a clean installation, as well as disabling the fast startup feature, which I believe was the issue. I mention this issue because, from what I saw, many users with the Swift and Nitro series are experiencing it.
Now the laptop has a good processor and graphics card in a slim chassis, which is the reason I bought it. I have only played Elden Ring and it runs flawlessly, except for the fact that it heats up quite a bit. Overall, after the whole ordeal, it works perfectly. This is my experience.
