These are the settings that the washing machine has depending on the type of clothes, time, or intensity of stains. There are basic programs that are common in almost all washing machines, and more specialized ones, which usually differ by manufacturer.

For example, for an 8 kg washing machine, if we want to move from class F to A, we save about €10 annually from electricity consumption. While the transition between consecutive classes is almost negligible in annual cost.
