Instructions for Use and Cooking
1, We create a pyramid of briquettes where in the center of its base we place a piece of cotton that we have soaked in alcohol and set it on fire. The only flame and smoke that will be visible will come from the burning cotton.
2. An alternative way to light them is to insert some briquettes into a special charcoal chimney or use an electric charcoal device. The briquettes will start to turn red, take on the gray color of ash, and emit heat without showing fire and smoke like classic charcoal, and we can immediately start grilling. To speed up the spread of fire to all the briquettes, we can blow on them with a medium such as cardboard, magazine, etc. Because they have a uniform small shape, there is no need to break them. Simply spread them on the surface where we want to have a fire for grilling.
3. The charcoal core does not require carving. We simply move some briquettes when we want to shift the intensity of the fire to certain points where we want more or less cooking intensity.
