The 3-piece FLEXVIT MinY set contains all three bands from FLEXVIT's mini series, specially designed for youth training. The FLEXVIT MinY allows for age-appropriate effective training of basic physical skills and serves to maintain health and prevent injuries.

The different resistances allow for a gradual increase in physical exertion depending on age and fitness level. Additionally, it enables the gradual training of the upper limbs (shoulders, arms), which are generally somewhat weaker, compared to the lower limbs (legs, hips).

The FLEXVIT MinY is the first miniband in the world designed for the demands of youth resistance training. It promotes physical development during childhood and adolescence with training that is easy on the bones and joints.

The versatile application possibilities ensure varied training that contributes to maintaining health and preventing injuries.
