Pure Metal Pigments: A new special series of pigment powder, the Pure Metal Pigments. These are pigments that have been processed from real metals, offering a high degree of realism. It is recommended to mix them with a small amount of a medium (varnish, paint, pigment stabilizer, but Master Medium is particularly recommended) and to apply them by spreading as much as possible on the surface. An excessive amount of medium may reduce the metallic effect. A suitable amount of medium will allow the pigments to be applied with an airbrush. They can be mixed with other colors and paints to add variations or shades. They can be used with both acrylic and non-acrylic paints and mediums, as well as in combination with epoxy resins. They can also be used in conjunction with oxidation acceleration products to create truly oxidized effects. They can be polished after application with something smooth. It is recommended to apply on matte surfaces for better adhesion.
