Thanks to the folding mechanism, they do not take up much space when not in use. When you want to work out, all you have to do is secure the parallel bars in place with a safety pin. The V-shaped bars allow you to strengthen your abs, back muscles, shoulders, and arms. You can also strengthen your triceps.
