Specially designed swirlers have been placed inside the flame tubes for better utilization of the exhaust gas heat, with low outlet temperature and high efficiency (>90%).

All parts exposed to flame are water-cooled, and the construction is robust. The heavily insulated door opens from both sides.

The cutting of the sheets is done with the most modern ionization machine of compressed air (PLASMA), guided by a computer. The welding is done automatically with a ROBOT, achieving optimal welding conditions.
