Description

Three-pass high-efficiency steel boilers, compliant with current European Union directives. The entire EPOCA boiler series was developed based on the modern finite element program ANSYS, with stress calculations on the mirrors, combustion chamber, and welding points.

The production of the EPOCA series is carried out using the most advanced welding and cutting methods, utilizing specially designed ROBOTS for perfect welds and sheet cutting machines with compressed air ionization (PLASMA).

The high energy efficiency of the new series is a result of the design and new dimensioning, as well as the combination of thermal surface and volume loading.

  • Certified sheets.
  • 63.5 mm diameter air ducts to ensure low flue gas resistance.
  • Specially designed stainless steel turbulators to better utilize the heat of the flue gases, resulting in low-temperature flue gas output and achieving a high efficiency rate.
  • Perimeter insulation made of high-density fiberglass, 50 mm thick, with an aluminum foil coating.
  • Hydraulic testing of each boiler at 6 bar.
  • Material traceability and numbering of each boiler based on ISO 9002.
