We bought it 16 months ago and 3 months ago, suddenly, the water stopped cooling. We contacted Skroutz and the store and they told us to send it there for inspection, which we did. After a month, they sent it back with a report saying that the cooling pipe is damaged, it can't be fixed, and they bear no responsibility. Despite the double transport and the wear on the packaging when we got it back (I even have a video), the cooler doesn't have a single scratch, so I, the naive one, am now asking: who is to blame if the cooler doesn't work since I didn't hit it or drop it? Did I break it myself? Draw your own conclusions.

I have been using it in my workplace for 6 months and it is amazing! Cold water with quite low pressure and when you turn on the hot, it immediately gives hot water! I highly recommend it!

I got it when Skroutz had a promotion for its subscribers at €250. So far, it's great, but since we get thirsty in the evening and go to the kitchen for water, the existing lighting is low, so I added a small LED strip, and now we can see when we pour water without having to turn on all the lights, which is annoying, and it lights up beautifully like hidden lighting!

So far, it is flawless. It connects easily to the water network (special adapter not included) and performs very well in both cold and hot water. A very good purchase!

Value for money, Impeccable in terms of clean water, we stopped buying bottled water. Easy installation, easy filter replacement if needed. Heats water quickly and also freezes water quickly. I have it in the company with 8 staff members. It does not consume a lot of electricity. The filter costs 80€ per year or 80€ per 10,000 liters.
TIPS:
1) If you have a faucet for a dishwasher that you don't use, you can connect it there by simply buying a 1.5€ adapter 1/4 1/2 & you don't even need a plumber!
2) The hose it comes with for connection is about 1.5m long, for extension you can use a dishwasher supply hose for 3.5€ plus a 1.5€ adapter for their connection.

Personally, I chose it because of its limited height at the point where I wanted to place it, so it suited me very well. As a cooler, it is a very nice device and it does its job quietly. It has been tested in both cold and hot conditions and so far everything is above expectations

Although it is described as having 3 water outlets, one of which is for room temperature water, the cooler does not have a separate container or separate water input for room temperature water. To compensate for this lack and to provide water at "room temperature," it takes water from the top part of the cooling container, which is less cold. The water you receive in this way is very little (half a glass!) and has a very low flow rate. The hot water is not 100 degrees, therefore practically unsuitable for tea and beverages that require boiling water.

The cooler produces quite cold water, the only negative thing is that the water at room temperature has a small tank. Otherwise, the filtration is excellent.
