The North American Jerry Drake or Mister No is a fictional character from Italian comics created in 1975. He experienced many adventures throughout World War II, where he fought as a soldier, pilot, and member of the American secret services in many places and was eventually named Mister No by his fellow soldiers and opponents due to his pride and stubborn refusal to submit to orders. In early 1945, he was repatriated. He traveled across the USA, and tired of the mistakes of war, disgusted by the violence of the Western world, and completely unable to adapt to a normal life in his homeland, he decided to settle in Manaus, Brazil, to live his life in his own way, in a place some people call the last frontier of civilization.

After the warm reception of the Mister No Revolution series (December 2018 - May 2019), a new Mister No series started in neighboring Italy in July 2019 by an esteemed group of creators, bringing him back to his known universe, the 1950s, where his original creator, Guido Nolitta, left him! The comic you hold in your hands contains the last two stories of this new series.

In the first story titled The Mystery of Calçoene [Mister No - Le Nuove Avventure #13 (July 2020)], written by Luigi Mignacco and illustrated by Roberto Diso, in Calçoene, Northern Brazil, there is an important archaeological site that presents an excellent opportunity for archaeologist Patricia Rowland. However, the mysterious find hides blood, violence, and a lot of intrigue, from which Mister No will not escape! In the second story titled The Last Deception [Mister No - Le Nuove Avventure #14 (August 2020)], written by Luigi Mignacco and Michele Masiero and illustrated by Roberto Diso and Massimo Cipriani, Jerry Drake and Patricia Rowland, trying to shed light on the case, get entangled in the criminal machinations of a group of fanatics… Everything, however, is overturned at the last moment…
