It is incredibly quiet (especially when you put it on mute) and it has excellent cooling. It is also very energy-efficient (195 kwh/year for cooling and 714 kwh/year for heating). It has wifi and UV light to kill bacteria. It only has a two-year warranty, but by filling out a form on https://www.teslagiveaways.com and uploading a couple of photos, you can extend it to ten years. To control it with your phone, download the Tesla Smart Things app, press the ECO button on the remote control six times quickly, and add the device in the app. It finds it immediately, and you can control everything from your phone. Bought on 28/11/2022 from a store through Scroutz for 389 euros, installed in a 20 sqm bedroom with good insulation. The installation was done by an experienced refrigeration technician with 3 meters of pipes and vacuum, as required by the new inverter air conditioners. Used every night for 10 hours at 25 degrees on the low setting.
Everything was fine until a week ago when the cold weather started and we needed heating. It only blows lukewarm air no matter how much we increase the temperature. The fan hardly works and makes a noise as if something is broken, even when it's set to maximum, the fan is nonexistent.
I also tested it for cooling when it was 12 degrees outside, and it didn't cool at all!

I have been waiting for a week for the ACTION SERVICE, which is responsible for the technical support of Tesla, to find an available appointment to come and see it. Irrelevant, but I mention it: I have a 24 AUX in the living room and I have no issues. It works at 22 degrees on the low setting and heats a unified space of 75 sqm in 20 minutes, reaching 23 degrees from 18.
This is currently my worst experience with this particular company and this particular air conditioner. I am waiting to see what the service will do and how much longer I will be inconvenienced, and I will come back.
Be very cautious with this brand, never again TESLA personally.
Αγορά στις 28/11/2022 από κατάστημα μέσω σκρουτζ στα 389ευρω τοποθετήθηκε σε κρεβατοκάμαρα 20τμ με καλή μόνωση. Η εγκατάσταση έγινε από έμπειρο ψυκτικό με 3 μέτρα σωλήνες και κενό όπως απαιτούν τα καινούργια κλιματιστικα inverter χρήση κάθε βράδυ για 10 ώρες στουσ 25 χαμηλή σκάλα.
Όλα καλά μέχρι πριν μια εβδομάδα που αρχίσανε τα κρύα και έχουμε και λέμε θέρμανση ανύπαρκτη βγάζει ένα χλιαρό αεράκι από κοντά όσο και να ανεβάζεις την θερμοκρασία, ο ανεμιστήρας δεν λειτουργεί σχεδόν καθόλου και κάνει ένα θόρυβο σαν να έχει χαλάσει οποία σκάλα και στο φουλ να το βάλω ανύπαρκτος ανεμιστήρας.
Το δοκίμασα και στην ψύξη με έξω 12 βαθμούς ανύπαρκτη και η ψύξη!!!

Άσχετο αλλά το αναφέρω έχω στο σαλόνι 24 AUX και δεν έχω κανένα θέμα δουλεύει στους 22 βαθμούς μικρή σκάλα και ζεστενει ενιαίο χώρο 75 τμ σε 20 λεπτά φτάνει στους 23 βαθμούς από 18.
Αυτή η εμπειρία μου προς το παρόν με την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία και το συγκεκριμένο Κλιματιστικό είναι η χειρότερη!! αναμένω τι θα κάνει και το service για πόσο ακόμα θα ταλαιπωρηθώ και θα επανέλθω.

I bought it in winter. Excellent performance in heating even though I have the 12,000 BTU for 60 sq.m. If I had the 18,000 or 24,000 BTU, it would be amazing because, to be honest, for 60 sq.m you need something bigger than a 12,000 BTU. You can connect it to your phone via the Tesla Smart Things app and turn it on while you're away from home so you find your space warm when you return. I haven't used it for cooling, but since it blows such strong and nice heat, it will also be super for cooling. Just be careful which store you order it from.
update: It's good, works properly for both heating and cooling, but for a large space the 12,000 BTU I got is not enough. Μπορεις να το συνδέσεις με το κινητό από την εφαρμογή Tesla Smart things και το ανοίγεις ενώ λείπεις από το σπίτι για να βρεις ζεστό τον χώρο σου όταν επιστρέφεις. Δεν το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει στην ψύξη αλλά για να φυσάει τόσο δυνατή και ωραία ζέστη στην ψυξη θα ειναι επίσης σουπερ. Απλά προσέξτε από πιο μαγαζί θα το παραγγείλετε.

I bought it on 26/6/23 for 390 euros. Normally it is A++ in cooling and A+++ in heating and not A+ as stated in the description. So far it has not given me any problems. The connection to wifi was made without any problems even though I prefer to use its own remote control since it has a temperature sensor for the I feel function. It cools a 75 sqm country house with double glazing, ceramic roof with insulation, and an interior wooden ceiling with beams. It has reached a point where it also manages the cooling in the other 2 rooms. I tested the heating for a short time just for testing. Anyway, it gives off a lot of heat. I have also purchased the 10-year warranty extension offered by Tesla. Now, with the heatwaves we had, its performance was very good despite the high external temperature, as in many air conditioners it affects the performance of the external unit. I still need to see how it will perform in the harsh winter temperatures with snow outside. Το πηρα 26/6/23 σε τιμη 390 ευρω. Κανονικα ειναι Α++ σε ψυξη και Α +++ σε θερμανση κι οχι Α+ οπως γραφει στην περιγραφη..Μεχρι στιγμης δεν μου εχει βγαλει κανενα προβλημα. Ψυχει ενα εξοχικο σπιτι 75τμ με 2πλα τζαμια και κεραμοσκεπη με μονωση και εσωτερικα ξυλινη οροφη με δοκαρια.Εχει μπει σε τετοιο σημειο που διαχεει και στα αλλα 2 δωματια την ψυξη. Στην θερμανση το δοκιμασα για λιγο μονο απλα για δοκιμη. Παντως βγαζει αρκετη ζεστη. Εχω κανει και την επεκταση 10ετους εγγυησης που δινει η Tesla.Τωρα με τους καυσωνες που ειχαμε η αποδοση του ηταν παρα πολυ καλη παρα την μεγαλη εξωτερκη θερμοκρασια που υπηρχε καθως σε πολλα κλιματιστικα επηρεαζει την αποδοση της εξωτερικης μοναδας. Μενει να δω και στις χαμλες θερμοκρασιες του χειμωνα με τα χιονια απεξω αν θα αποδιδει εξισου καλα η εξωτερικη μοναδα.
UPDATE: Και στην ζεστη τελικα ειναι πολυ καλο τοσο που καμια φορα το εκλεινα γαιτι εσκαγα.
Φυσικα αυτο ειναι υποκειμενικο για τον καθενα το ποσο ζεστη η ψυξη θελει καποιος απο ενα κλιματιστικο κι αναλογα το ποσο καλα μονωμενο ειναι το σπιτι.
Παντως απο αντοχη με συνεχομενη λειτουργεια ειναι σκυλι (1 χρονο λειτουργειας) ανεξαρτητα απο τις εξωτερικες θερμοκρασιες που επικρατουν. εξωτερικα..!!!
I bought 2 air conditioners with the subsidy (voucher) and free installation. Two old 9s were replaced with the 12s. So far, everything is perfect. Έκανα αγορά 2 κλιματιστικών με την επιδότηση(voucher) με δωρεάν εγκατάσταση. Αλλάχτηκαν 2 παλιά 9αρια με τα 12αρια τα Μέχρι στιγμής όλα τέλεια.Αθορυβα ,πολύ καλή ψύξη και θέρμανση.Μικρη κατανάλωση για την απόδοση τους και έχουν και ιονιστη. Επίσης το WiFi δουλεύει μια χαρά αν και στο ένα το σήμα είναι οριακό. Δεν χρειάζεται απαραίτητα την εφαρμογή της tesla παίζει και με blitwolf και με smartlife. Για 220 ευρώ που έδωσα για το καθένα και δωρεάν τοποθέτηση νομίζω ότι ήταν απίστευτη τιμή.

To control it with your phone, download the Tesla Smart Things app, press the ECO button on the remote control six times quickly, and add the device in the app. It finds it immediately, and you can control everything from your phone. Για να το ελεγχετε με το κινητο κατεβαζετε την εφαρμογη Tesla Smart Things, πατατε 6 φορες γρηγορα το ECO στο τηλεκοντρολ και πατατε προσθηκη συσκευης στην εφαρμογη. Την βρισκει αμεσως και ελεχγεις τα παντα απο το κινητο. (ΔΕΝ χρειαζεται να χρησιμοποιησετε οδοντογλυφιδες και τετοια που λενε καποιοι, 6 φορες το ECO και γινεται).

Bought on 28/11/2022 from a store through Scroutz for 389 euros, installed in a 20 sqm bedroom with good insulation. The installation was done by an experienced refrigeration technician with 3 meters of pipes and vacuum, as required by the new inverter air conditioners. Used every night for 10 hours at 25 degrees on the low setting.
Everything was fine until a week ago when the cold weather started and we needed heating. It only blows lukewarm air no matter how much we increase the temperature. The fan hardly works and makes a noise as if something is broken, even when it's set to maximum, the fan is nonexistent.
I also tested it for cooling when it was 12 degrees outside, and it didn't cool at all!

I have been waiting for a week for the ACTION SERVICE, which is responsible for the technical support of Tesla, to find an available appointment to come and see it. Irrelevant, but I mention it: I have a 24 AUX in the living room and I have no issues. It works at 22 degrees on the low setting and heats a unified space of 75 sqm in 20 minutes, reaching 23 degrees from 18.
This is currently my worst experience with this particular company and this particular air conditioner. I am waiting to see what the service will do and how much longer I will be inconvenienced, and I will come back.
Be very cautious with this brand, never again TESLA personally.
Αγορά στις 28/11/2022 από κατάστημα μέσω σκρουτζ στα 389ευρω τοποθετήθηκε σε κρεβατοκάμαρα 20τμ με καλή μόνωση. Η εγκατάσταση έγινε από έμπειρο ψυκτικό με 3 μέτρα σωλήνες και κενό όπως απαιτούν τα καινούργια κλιματιστικα inverter χρήση κάθε βράδυ για 10 ώρες στουσ 25 χαμηλή σκάλα.
Όλα καλά μέχρι πριν μια εβδομάδα που αρχίσανε τα κρύα και έχουμε και λέμε θέρμανση ανύπαρκτη βγάζει ένα χλιαρό αεράκι από κοντά όσο και να ανεβάζεις την θερμοκρασία, ο ανεμιστήρας δεν λειτουργεί σχεδόν καθόλου και κάνει ένα θόρυβο σαν να έχει χαλάσει οποία σκάλα και στο φουλ να το βάλω ανύπαρκτος ανεμιστήρας.
Το δοκίμασα και στην ψύξη με έξω 12 βαθμούς ανύπαρκτη και η ψύξη!!!

Άσχετο αλλά το αναφέρω έχω στο σαλόνι 24 AUX και δεν έχω κανένα θέμα δουλεύει στους 22 βαθμούς μικρή σκάλα και ζεστενει ενιαίο χώρο 75 τμ σε 20 λεπτά φτάνει στους 23 βαθμούς από 18.
Αυτή η εμπειρία μου προς το παρόν με την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία και το συγκεκριμένο Κλιματιστικό είναι η χειρότερη!! αναμένω τι θα κάνει και το service για πόσο ακόμα θα ταλαιπωρηθώ και θα επανέλθω.

I bought it in winter. Excellent performance in heating even though I have the 12,000 BTU for 60 sq.m. If I had the 18,000 or 24,000 BTU, it would be amazing because, to be honest, for 60 sq.m you need something bigger than a 12,000 BTU. You can connect it to your phone via the Tesla Smart Things app and turn it on while you're away from home so you find your space warm when you return. I haven't used it for cooling, but since it blows such strong and nice heat, it will also be super for cooling. Just be careful which store you order it from.
update: It's good, works properly for both heating and cooling, but for a large space the 12,000 BTU I got is not enough. I should have put it in the bedroom and for the living room I should have gotten at least an 18,000 or 24,000 BTU. Then it would be perfect. My mistake was listening to an inexperienced technician who said even if you get a 12,000 BTU, it has the same performance as an 18,000 BTU, it just takes a bit longer to spread throughout the house, but that's not true at all. Μπορεις να το συνδέσεις με το κινητό από την εφαρμογή Tesla Smart things και το ανοίγεις ενώ λείπεις από το σπίτι για να βρεις ζεστό τον χώρο σου όταν επιστρέφεις. Δεν το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει στην ψύξη αλλά για να φυσάει τόσο δυνατή και ωραία ζέστη στην ψυξη θα ειναι επίσης σουπερ. Απλά προσέξτε από πιο μαγαζί θα το παραγγείλετε.

I bought it on 26/6/23 for 390 euros. Normally it is A++ in cooling and A+++ in heating and not A+ as stated in the description. So far it has not given me any problems. The connection to wifi was made without any problems even though I prefer to use its own remote control since it has a temperature sensor for the I feel function. It cools a 75 sqm country house with double glazing, ceramic roof with insulation, and an interior wooden ceiling with beams. It has reached a point where it also manages the cooling in the other 2 rooms. I tested the heating for a short time just for testing. Anyway, it gives off a lot of heat. I have also purchased the 10-year warranty extension offered by Tesla. Now, with the heatwaves we had, its performance was very good despite the high external temperature, as in many air conditioners it affects the performance of the external unit. I still need to see how it will perform in the harsh winter temperatures with snow outside. UPDATE: It is actually very good in heat too, so much so that sometimes I had to turn it off because it was too hot. Of course, this is subjective for each person how much heat or cooling they want from an air conditioner and depending on how well insulated the house is. Το πηρα 26/6/23 σε τιμη 390 ευρω. Κανονικα ειναι Α++ σε ψυξη και Α +++ σε θερμανση κι οχι Α+ οπως γραφει στην περιγραφη..Μεχρι στιγμης δεν μου εχει βγαλει κανενα προβλημα. Η συνδεση με το wifi εγινε χωρις προβλημα παρολο που με βολευει καλυτερα με το δικο του χειρειστηριο αφου εχει και τον αισθητηρα θερμοκρασιας για την λειτουργεια I feel. Ψυχει ενα εξοχικο σπιτι 75τμ με 2πλα τζαμια και κεραμοσκεπη με μονωση και εσωτερικα ξυλινη οροφη με δοκαρια.Εχει μπει σε τετοιο σημειο που διαχεει και στα αλλα 2 δωματια την ψυξη. Στην θερμανση το δοκιμασα για λιγο μονο απλα για δοκιμη. Παντως βγαζει αρκετη ζεστη. Εχω κανει και την επεκταση 10ετους εγγυησης που δινει η Tesla.Τωρα με τους καυσωνες που ειχαμε η αποδοση του ηταν παρα πολυ καλη παρα την μεγαλη εξωτερκη θερμοκρασια που υπηρχε καθως σε πολλα κλιματιστικα επηρεαζει την αποδοση της εξωτερικης μοναδας. Μενει να δω και στις χαμλες θερμοκρασιες του χειμωνα με τα χιονια απεξω αν θα αποδιδει εξισου καλα η εξωτερικη μοναδα.
UPDATE: Και στην ζεστη τελικα ειναι πολυ καλο τοσο που καμια φορα το εκλεινα γαιτι εσκαγα.
Φυσικα αυτο ειναι υποκειμενικο για τον καθενα το ποσο ζεστη η ψυξη θελει καποιος απο ενα κλιματιστικο κι αναλογα το ποσο καλα μονωμενο ειναι το σπιτι.
Παντως απο αντοχη με συνεχομενη λειτουργεια ειναι σκυλι (1 χρονο λειτουργειας) ανεξαρτητα απο τις εξωτερικες θερμοκρασιες που επικρατουν. εξωτερικα..!!!
I bought 2 air conditioners with the subsidy (voucher) and free installation. Two old 9s were replaced with the 12s. So far, everything is perfect. Αλλάχτηκαν 2 παλιά 9αρια με τα 12αρια τα Μέχρι στιγμής όλα τέλεια.Αθορυβα ,πολύ καλή ψύξη και θέρμανση.Μικρη κατανάλωση για την απόδοση τους και έχουν και ιονιστη. Επίσης το WiFi δουλεύει μια χαρά αν και στο ένα το σήμα είναι οριακό. Δεν χρειάζεται απαραίτητα την εφαρμογή της tesla παίζει και με blitwolf και με smartlife. Για 220 ευρώ που έδωσα για το καθένα και δωρεάν τοποθέτηση νομίζω ότι ήταν απίστευτη τιμή.

update: καλό είναι λειτουργεί σωστά και στην θέρμανση και στην ψύξη απλά για μεγάλο χώρο δεν φτάνει το 12αρι που έχω πάρει .Επρεπε να το είχα βάλει στο δωμάτιο και για το σαλόνι να έπαιρνα μίνιμουμ 18 btu η 24αρι.Τοτε θα τα έσπαγε . Όσοι θέλετε να αγοράσετε να προσέχετε να πάρετε τα κατάλληλα btu ανάλογα τον χώρο σας. Δικό μου το λάθος που άκουσα έναν άσχετο ψυκτικό που έλεγε δήθεν και 12αρι να πάρεις έχει ίδια απόδοση με 18αρι απλά αργει λίγο παραπάνω να διαχυθεί στο υπόλοιπο σπίτι αλλά καμία σχέση.Ο κάθε χώρος απαιτεί συγκεκριμένα btu. Κατά τα άλλα τα 5 αστέρια ισχύουν γιατί κάνει αυτό που πρέπει ως 12αρι.
