Lamberts Multi-Max is a multivitamin for adults over 50 years old to support daily nutrition. This specific formula provides a full range of the most important micronutrients at fairly high levels. Among these, it includes selenium and chromium, two very important minerals. It also provides satisfactory levels of vitamins K and D, which help in bone health. It is of enhanced concentration regarding B-complex vitamins.

Recent dietary research conducted in the United Kingdom has shown that a significant percentage of individuals over 50 years old fail to obtain the recommended levels of micronutrients through their diet, as per the RDA. Extremely important micronutrients at these ages are Vitamin D and trace elements: zinc, iron, and selenium.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of grape seed as a traditional herbal aid for the relief of discomfort and the feeling of heaviness in the legs associated with minor problems of blood circulation in the veins.
