They are tasty (I have tried many and these are among the "good" ones) and dissolve very quickly without leaving significant residue in the glass (unlike others like white powder, although they leave very little).

Being able to stand on your own two feet or avoid colds when everyone else around you is dropping like flies, yes, that is an indication to evaluate the vitamin.
