    Within the first year, it started not drying the clothes; a technician came, saw it, took it, cleaned something, and brought it back. It worked for about six months and then the problems started again, sometimes it dried, sometimes it didn't; we thought we were choosing the wrong program until it started taking them out almost as we put them in. We contacted the company again, the representative came immediately, saw it, and told us that there was significant damage and would recommend a replacement. We learned that the company did not accept the technician's proposal and would send what was needed for the repair. I will follow up after the repair
