This Weber® pizza baking plate is made from Cordierite, a material highly resistant to thermal shock that retains and distributes heat evenly across the surface and features an enamel coating to be non-stick. During baking, it creates a perfectly crispy crust, making it ideal for baking pizza, as well as bread and dough-based pastries (e.g., cookies). For proper use, the special metal support frame of the Weber Crafted Gourmet BBQ System is required, and you must have a compatible grill from the Genesis 2016+ / Spirit 2016+ / SmokeFire (with pellets) series.
