The only annoying thing is that to connect to wifi on a 2.4 GHz network you have to open the indoor unit and press a small button on the gray part that is recessed; when it starts blinking, you open the Tesla Smart Choice app and it finds it immediately, you enter the wifi password and in a minute it's ready. Otherwise, it is fully functional and compared to other models and brands it makes almost no noise, nor do the walls creak like they did with some other models. It heats the space in 2 minutes and has a bunch of functions (accessible via the app). ATTENTION: do not put your hand anywhere else because as it cools down after operation, the fan continues to run and it is dangerous.

Edit: 2 years later, it works flawlessly winter and summer, almost all day long.
I clean the filters once a month and I still haven’t had to call a technician for cleaning, etc.
In the summer it’s permanently at 26 degrees, fans on mute, and I’m freezing solid, no exaggeration.

Πριν απ αυτό είχα ένα άλλο tesla το οποιο έπρεπε να το έχω στο strong και στους 18 για να δω το δωμάτιο έτσι.
Για θέρμανση είναι έτσι και έτσι. 4 φορές το δοκίμασα.
Υπόψην ήταν καινούριο και εκείνο, πρόσφατα εγκατεστημένο, απλά είχαν στείλει άλλο απ αυτό που είχα παραγγείλει και μετά από ταλαιπωρία κατέληξα στο μαυράκι εδώ το οποιο αξίζει με κλειστά τα μάτια.
Ανέβηκε βέβαια λίγο η τιμή από τότε, αλλά πραγματικά αξίζει.
Edit: 2 χρόνια μετά, δουλεύει απροβλημάτιστα χειμώνα καλοκαίρι, σχεδόν όλη μέρα.
Καθαρίζω τα φίλτρα μια φορά τον μήνα και ακόμα δεν έχω φωνάξει τεχνικό για καθαρισμό κλπ.
Το καλοκαίρι είναι μόνιμα στους 26 βαθμούς, fans στο mute, και παγώνω ολόκληρος χωρίς υπερβολές.
Για καλοκαίρι είναι επίσης τρομερό.
The air conditioner worked satisfactorily for a period after installation. This winter, it started to have low performance and stopped communicating via the remote app despite repeated attempts to reconnect. It displayed a message each time about connection failure with the mobile. I contacted the service of the dealership by phone, and they told me to send them an email with the problems, which I did on 01/15/2025. As days passed without any news, I called them again. Each time, their secretary answered, connected me with the responsible person who never picked up the phone nor called me back on my mobile as the secretary also told me every time. After not getting anywhere with them, I brought in a technician whom I paid to solve the problems for me. Following the above, the conclusion is that TESLA's after-sales service is not only non-existent but also a waste of time and peace. I give one star because I am not given the option to put none.

Το φετινό Χειμώνα άρχισε να έχει χαμηλή απόδοση και έπαψε να επικοινωνεί μέσω της εφαρμογής απομακρυσμένα παρά τις επανειλημμένες προσπάθειες για εκ’ νέου σύνδεση. Έβγαζε κάθε φορά μήνυμα για αποτυχία σύνδεσης με το κινητό. Επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά με το service της αντιπροσωπείας και μου είπαν να τους στείλω mail με τα προβλήματα, πράγμα που έκανα την 15/01/2025. Καθώς περνούσαν οι μέρες χωρίς να έχω κάποιο νέο, επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά μαζί τους. Κάθε φορά απαντούσε η γραμματέας τους, με συνέδεε με τον υπεύθυνο ο όποίος ουδέποτε σήκωνε το τηλέφωνο ούτε με καλούσε πίσω στο κινητό μου όπως μου έλεγε επίσης κάθε φορά η γραμματέας. Αφού δεν έβγαλα άκρη μαζί τους έφερα τεχνικό τον οποίο πλήρωσα για να μου λύσει τα προβλήματα. Κατόπιν των παραπάνω το συμπέρασμα είναι ότι το after sales της TESLA όχι μόνο είναι ανύπαρκτο αλλά και χάσιμο χρόνου και ηρεμίας. Βάζω ένα αστέρι γιατί δεν μου δίνεται η δυνατότητα βάλλω κανένα.

Οπως και αρκετοι αλλοι ζοριστικα να τοσυνδεσω στο wifi και την εφαρμογη και αυτο γτ πουθενα δεν αναγραφεται ουτε ακομα και στην εφαρμογη ( tesla smart things) οτι για να μπει σε λειτουργια pair mode το κλιματιστικο πρεπει να πατησεις 6 φορες το κουμπι eco. Μετα η συνδεσγ ειναι παιχνιδακι και χειριζεσαι το κλιματιστικο απο το κινητο οπου και αν βρισκεσαι.

Ομορφο κλιματιστικο και αθορυβο, απο καταναλωσεις ψυξης δεν εχω αποψη ακομα, γιατι το πηρα προσφατα, στην θερμανση ειναι νορμαλ θεωρω. Στα 370 που το πηρα το θεωρω πολυ value κλιματιστικο. Πριν απ αυτό είχα ένα άλλο tesla το οποιο έπρεπε να το έχω στο strong και στους 18 για να δω το δωμάτιο έτσι.
Για θέρμανση είναι έτσι και έτσι. 4 φορές το δοκίμασα.
Υπόψην ήταν καινούριο και εκείνο, πρόσφατα εγκατεστημένο, απλά είχαν στείλει άλλο απ αυτό που είχα παραγγείλει και μετά από ταλαιπωρία κατέληξα στο μαυράκι εδώ το οποιο αξίζει με κλειστά τα μάτια.
Ανέβηκε βέβαια λίγο η τιμή από τότε, αλλά πραγματικά αξίζει.
Edit: 2 χρόνια μετά, δουλεύει απροβλημάτιστα χειμώνα καλοκαίρι, σχεδόν όλη μέρα.
Καθαρίζω τα φίλτρα μια φορά τον μήνα και ακόμα δεν έχω φωνάξει τεχνικό για καθαρισμό κλπ.
Το καλοκαίρι είναι μόνιμα στους 26 βαθμούς, fans στο mute, και παγώνω ολόκληρος χωρίς υπερβολές.
Για καλοκαίρι είναι επίσης τρομερό.

I contacted the service of the dealership by phone, and they told me to send them an email with the problems, which I did on 01/15/2025. As days passed without any news, I called them again. Each time, their secretary answered, connected me with the responsible person who never picked up the phone nor called me back on my mobile as the secretary also told me every time. After not getting anywhere with them, I brought in a technician whom I paid to solve the problems for me. Following the above, the conclusion is that TESLA's after-sales service is not only non-existent but also a waste of time and peace. I give one star because I am not given the option to put none.
Το κλιματιστικό μετά την εγκατάσταση δούλεψε για ένα διάστημα ικανοποιητικά . Το φετινό Χειμώνα άρχισε να έχει χαμηλή απόδοση και έπαψε να επικοινωνεί μέσω της εφαρμογής απομακρυσμένα παρά τις επανειλημμένες προσπάθειες για εκ’ νέου σύνδεση. Έβγαζε κάθε φορά μήνυμα για αποτυχία σύνδεσης με το κινητό. Επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά με το service της αντιπροσωπείας και μου είπαν να τους στείλω mail με τα προβλήματα, πράγμα που έκανα την 15/01/2025. Καθώς περνούσαν οι μέρες χωρίς να έχω κάποιο νέο, επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά μαζί τους. Κάθε φορά απαντούσε η γραμματέας τους, με συνέδεε με τον υπεύθυνο ο όποίος ουδέποτε σήκωνε το τηλέφωνο ούτε με καλούσε πίσω στο κινητό μου όπως μου έλεγε επίσης κάθε φορά η γραμματέας. Αφού δεν έβγαλα άκρη μαζί τους έφερα τεχνικό τον οποίο πλήρωσα για να μου λύσει τα προβλήματα. Κατόπιν των παραπάνω το συμπέρασμα είναι ότι το after sales της TESLA όχι μόνο είναι ανύπαρκτο αλλά και χάσιμο χρόνου και ηρεμίας. Βάζω ένα αστέρι γιατί δεν μου δίνεται η δυνατότητα βάλλω κανένα.

Κάποιος ανέφερε ότι για να μπει σε κατάσταση pair για να το συνδέσεις, πατάς 6 φορές το κουμπί eco. Δεν το έχω επιβεβαιώσει...

Τι να λεμε?? Το κλιματιστικο φουλ αθορυβο. Και η μεσα και η εξω μονοαδα. Σε 5 λεπτα στους 27 βαθμους αυτοματη ροη αερα ο χωρος πανω κατω 30τετραγωνικα ειναι φουλ δροσερος. Χωρις καν να κοπιασει. Οπως και αρκετοι αλλοι ζοριστικα να τοσυνδεσω στο wifi και την εφαρμογη και αυτο γτ πουθενα δεν αναγραφεται ουτε ακομα και στην εφαρμογη ( tesla smart things) οτι για να μπει σε λειτουργια pair mode το κλιματιστικο πρεπει να πατησεις 6 φορες το κουμπι eco. Μετα η συνδεσγ ειναι παιχνιδακι και χειριζεσαι το κλιματιστικο απο το κινητο οπου και αν βρισκεσαι.

Ομορφο κλιματιστικο και αθορυβο, απο καταναλωσεις ψυξης δεν εχω αποψη ακομα, γιατι το πηρα προσφατα, στην θερμανση ειναι νορμαλ θεωρω. Στα 370 που το πηρα το θεωρω πολυ value κλιματιστικο. Το wifi δεν καταφερα ποτε να το συνδεσω και δεν εχει καμια σχετικη οδηγια και ηταν ενας απο τους λογους που το πηρα. Δεν το ψαξα περαιτερω, μπορει να ειναι wifi ready....

The only annoying thing is that to connect to wifi on a 2.4 GHz network you have to open the indoor unit and press a small button on the gray part that is recessed; when it starts blinking, you open the Tesla Smart Choice app and it finds it immediately, you enter the wifi password and in a minute it's ready. Otherwise, it is fully functional and compared to other models and brands it makes almost no noise, nor do the walls creak like they did with some other models. It heats the space in 2 minutes and has a bunch of functions (accessible via the app). ATTENTION: do not put your hand anywhere else because as it cools down after operation, the fan continues to run and it is dangerous.

-Turn on the air conditioner
-Press the eco button 8 times and you will hear a sound
-Open the air conditioner's cover (it opens a bit hard)
-Press the small black reset button for about 5 seconds, it will start blinking rapidly

-Κατεβάζεις εφαρμογή Tesla Smart Choice
-Ανάβεις το aircontition
-8 φορές το eco και θα ακουστεί ένας ήχος
-Ανοίγεις το καπάκι του aircontition (ανοίγει λίγο δύσκολα)
-Πατάς το μαύρο μικρό κουμπάκι reset για 5 δευτερόλεπτα περίπου θα αρχίσει να αναβοσβήνει γρήγορα
-Στην εφαρμογή πατάς προσθήκη συσκευής ακολουθείς οδηγίες (το λαμπάκι αναβοσβήνει γρήγορα) και έτοιμοι

One year later, I decided to leave a review too.
I have it in a 20-square-meter room, which gets FULL sun, and during the summer of 2024, June - July - August, I always had it at 28-30 and the fans on mid and mid - low.
The Wi-Fi connection was super easy.
The room is ICE cold even though I have pretty crappy insulation, etc.
Before this I had another Tesla, which I had to keep on strong and at 18 to get the room like this.
For heating, it’s so-so. I tried it 4 times.
Keep in mind it was new too, recently installed, they had just sent a different one from the one I had ordered and after all the hassle I ended up with this little black one here, which is worth it with my eyes closed.
Of course, the price has gone up a bit since then, but it’s really worth it.
Edit: 2 years later, it works flawlessly winter and summer, almost all day long.
I clean the filters once a month and I still haven’t had to call a technician for cleaning, etc.
In the summer it’s permanently at 26 degrees, fans on mute, and I’m freezing solid, no exaggeration.
For summer it’s also amazing.
Ένα χρόνο μετά, είπα να κάνω και εγώ μια αξιολόγηση.
Το έχω σε δωμάτιο 20 τετραγωνικά, το οποιο το χτυπάει ΦΟΥΛ ο ήλιος, το καλοκαίρι του 2024, Ιούνιο - Ιούλιο - Αύγουστο, το είχα πάντα στους 28-30 και τους ανεμιστήρες στο mid και mid - low.
Η σύνδεση με το wifi πανεύκολη.
ΠΑΓΟΣ το δωμάτιο και ας έχω γτπκ μόνωση κλπ.
Πριν απ αυτό είχα ένα άλλο tesla το οποιο έπρεπε να το έχω στο strong και στους 18 για να δω το δωμάτιο έτσι.
Για θέρμανση είναι έτσι και έτσι. 4 φορές το δοκίμασα.
Υπόψην ήταν καινούριο και εκείνο, πρόσφατα εγκατεστημένο, απλά είχαν στείλει άλλο απ αυτό που είχα παραγγείλει και μετά από ταλαιπωρία κατέληξα στο μαυράκι εδώ το οποιο αξίζει με κλειστά τα μάτια.
Ανέβηκε βέβαια λίγο η τιμή από τότε, αλλά πραγματικά αξίζει.
Edit: 2 χρόνια μετά, δουλεύει απροβλημάτιστα χειμώνα καλοκαίρι, σχεδόν όλη μέρα.
Καθαρίζω τα φίλτρα μια φορά τον μήνα και ακόμα δεν έχω φωνάξει τεχνικό για καθαρισμό κλπ.
Το καλοκαίρι είναι μόνιμα στους 26 βαθμούς, fans στο mute, και παγώνω ολόκληρος χωρίς υπερβολές.
Για καλοκαίρι είναι επίσης τρομερό.
The air conditioner worked satisfactorily for a period after installation. This winter, it started to have low performance and stopped communicating via the remote app despite repeated attempts to reconnect. It displayed a message each time about connection failure with the mobile. I contacted the service of the dealership by phone, and they told me to send them an email with the problems, which I did on 01/15/2025. As days passed without any news, I called them again. Each time, their secretary answered, connected me with the responsible person who never picked up the phone nor called me back on my mobile as the secretary also told me every time. After not getting anywhere with them, I brought in a technician whom I paid to solve the problems for me. Following the above, the conclusion is that TESLA's after-sales service is not only non-existent but also a waste of time and peace. I give one star because I am not given the option to put none.
Το κλιματιστικό μετά την εγκατάσταση δούλεψε για ένα διάστημα ικανοποιητικά . Το φετινό Χειμώνα άρχισε να έχει χαμηλή απόδοση και έπαψε να επικοινωνεί μέσω της εφαρμογής απομακρυσμένα παρά τις επανειλημμένες προσπάθειες για εκ’ νέου σύνδεση. Έβγαζε κάθε φορά μήνυμα για αποτυχία σύνδεσης με το κινητό. Επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά με το service της αντιπροσωπείας και μου είπαν να τους στείλω mail με τα προβλήματα, πράγμα που έκανα την 15/01/2025. Καθώς περνούσαν οι μέρες χωρίς να έχω κάποιο νέο, επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά μαζί τους. Κάθε φορά απαντούσε η γραμματέας τους, με συνέδεε με τον υπεύθυνο ο όποίος ουδέποτε σήκωνε το τηλέφωνο ούτε με καλούσε πίσω στο κινητό μου όπως μου έλεγε επίσης κάθε φορά η γραμματέας. Αφού δεν έβγαλα άκρη μαζί τους έφερα τεχνικό τον οποίο πλήρωσα για να μου λύσει τα προβλήματα. Κατόπιν των παραπάνω το συμπέρασμα είναι ότι το after sales της TESLA όχι μόνο είναι ανύπαρκτο αλλά και χάσιμο χρόνου και ηρεμίας. Βάζω ένα αστέρι γιατί δεν μου δίνεται η δυνατότητα βάλλω κανένα.
